Hello! I’m Molly Skarphol and am in the process of accomplishing my lifelong goal: using my passion for helping people learn as I combine my past experience and launch a career that I am excited about. To that end, I am currently working on my Masters in Instructional Design with an expectation of graduating in April of 2027.

I have experience working in professional development for adult learners as a training coordinator, materials designer, content creator, and LMS administrator. I also have experience as a project manager, managing learning programs, tracking and reporting on program effectiveness, and make continuous improvement a part of my practice.
I have experience working in technology contributing to and organizing knowledge management as well as serving seven teams as a Scrum Master.
